How Heritage Hotel Lagos uses the details you give it when you book a stay, ask about a venue, order, or use your guest account.

Who is responsible

Heritage Hotel Lagos, 15 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria, is responsible for your details. Its booking, ordering and website pages are run for it by Ivory Key, which handles your details only to provide those pages for Heritage Hotel Lagos.

What Heritage Hotel Lagos collects

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• What you book or ask for: dates, number of guests, the room or venue, special requests, and what you order.
• Payment records: the amount, whether it was paid, and the payment reference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and are not seen by Heritage Hotel Lagos or Ivory Key.
• If you tick the box for offers on a venue enquiry or an order, that you agreed to hear from Heritage Hotel Lagos. It is never ticked for you.

Why

• To take, confirm and manage your booking, enquiry or order, and to contact you about it.
• To take your payment and keep a record of it.
• To send you offers, only if you asked for them.

Who else receives your details

• Ivory Key, which runs these pages for Heritage Hotel Lagos.
• The payment provider that takes your payment: Paystack for cards, and for bank transfers Credipay or Paystack, depending on the hotel.
• Resend, which delivers the emails about your booking.

Ivory Key does not sell your details.

Cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in cookies, only if you use a guest account or open your stay from a link the hotel sent you.
• Your choice of light or dark mode, kept on your device.
• Heritage Hotel Lagos's website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Fonts are served by Ivory Key. A map on the website is loaded from OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You can ask Heritage Hotel Lagos for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete details it no longer needs, or to stop sending you offers. You can also ask how long it keeps booking records. If you are in Nigeria, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
